A milestone in yant design. Most beautiful and impressive.
I like to do some comparison, back date outline sakyant definitely no way compare to this colorful majchanu, no matter how neat or straight the outline,after all just outline.Given the choice 1) only outline sakyant(tattoo) 2) black and grey shading 3)colour combination all with chanting. Honestly I rather choose 2) and 3) and more preferable 3). And most inker or devotee didn’t know the existing of this latest technology or modern art combination or rather they still thought this way of sakyant don’t have the power.
As for qwerty420 the bending of ankle or big hand leg actually if you’re a real artist you will know that proportion is not really that important.Animated drawing we can’t draw so proportion,and this majchanu’s looking it must be an imagination by some good artist. Are they really looks this way haha. If you will to draw on a piece of white paper is different, not to say u’re tracing on a irregular skin.We got to imagine the movement up down stretching of skin or when the machine or needle is hitting the skin causing the pain, movement all in all will spoil the work of the artist.As for the blue akara for me is more looks like majchanu is swimming.it looks pretty good as saying go one man meat is another poison.
As for Spencer he is doing very good work to this sakyant world. combining modern art and old, but presently not only him some other ajarn also doing shading but not colour type,looks like first ajarn to do and not to say about tattoo artist.
yes I agree with Spencer the size is really count look at the size if your hand shaky or your eyesight blur how it looks like.Spencer show more of your work or maybe can improve maybe without the outline.

Art is a matter of taste and beauty is in the eye of the beholder. so whatever you do there will always be those who like it and those who don’t/ that’s the nature of things and one of the principles of Dhukkha (unsatisfactoriness/suffering) that is inherent in Life.
I am pleased with the work and am looking forward to all the developments that will come in the future as far as where i can take my aryistic and magical skills.

Dont know what you mean Marcymarc? are you referring to the widget that has been blocking sak yant unless you complete a survey? well surveys dont cost you anything to fill in and for the seven years i have worked on sak yant and the 1000 people a day who use the info compared to the approximately 10 or so people a year who make a donation, i think that if you cant even make the effort to fill in a free survey or donate one dollar then i dont care i about the 999 poeple a day who just want the info for free – i am unemployed have a kid to feed and have hosting costs to pay for – would you work lots of hours a day for free just to hsare your knowledge? I doubt it
You dont have to pay to view sak yant – all that was necessary was to fill in a survey, and long term members who posted were offered an unlock feature bypassing the page lock, so you could have mailed me to ask.
Sounds like you are one of those typical hippies who wont give the time of day to anyone but expects that everyone should share everything with you for free. Do you get paid for your time when you work? im sure you do. Well i dont unfortunately. I had to put that widget on because donations were not enough to pay hosting fees this year and as an unemployed person with a family to feed i cant pay for it myself, only write the info.
This world has nothing for free and i am one of the few people on the web who does share an immense amount of info without making people pay. Anyway thanks for your “constructive criticism”

the name is Rolland and i am new to this all! im very interested in getting a yant from wat bang pra. i am actually in cambodia at the moment but i will be headed to bangkok on the 9th to arrive the morning of the tenth. i was wondering what is the best way to get to the temple and how much everything will cost all together? i usually dont mind spending the money money esp for something in good nature, but i am quite low on cash thus cutting my travels a little short but still really would like to get this done… any information will help and if by chance there is anyone in the bangkok around the 10th who might be interested in splitting a cab or tuktuk let me know
