Ajarn Thoy Dabos is a Ruesi (Rishi) who is the Manifestation (medium for) the Ancient Hermit Ruesi Sage "Por Gae Rasii Dtaa Fai - Por Gae lived between one and two thousand years ago, and was said to be one of the greatest Magicians ever - Por Gae is a Manifestation of the Deva "Shiva" and is knowfor the third fiery eye he has in the middle of his forehead.
